Welcome to Little Wins Therapy!

Aimee Mayes

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy degree in 2019 and have worked across schools and homes ever since, specialising in trauma, SEMH, ASC, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. I completed a PgDip in Sensory Integration (Module 4, Sensory Integration Education) to qualify as an Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner in 2025, and went on to complete a Level 5 Diploma in Trauma-Informed Practice in 2026 to become a Trauma-Informed Practitioner (TISUK). My work focuses on providing expert guidance that fosters individual empowerment, grounded in relational, evidence-based approaches, which help children feel safe, understood, and able to make meaningful progress toward optimal health—one little win at a time.

Rhys Williams

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy in 2019 and have since worked across schools, homes, and community settings. I’ve completed ADOS training and am currently pursuing certification as a counsellor, bringing a therapeutic, relational approach to the young people I support. My passion for mental health, transitions, preparation for adulthood, and neurodiversity-affirming practice drives me to provide expert guidance, ensuring individuals feel understood and confident. I specialize in working with children and young people with ASC and SEMH needs, focusing on their individual empowerment to achieve optimal health as they prepare for the next stage of their journey.
